Q: My computer cannot access the internet.
- Check that the network cable is firmly plugged into the network port on your computer, as well as in the wall.
- Go the the Network Settings in System Preferences by selecting Apple > System Preferences , and then clicking on the Network globe. There should be a green circle next to the word Ethernet, and the word connected should be seen as well. If this circle is red or orange, please contact us.
